You can complete the process online by selecting the correct category below. If you haven’t previously held an annual Speedway Australia licence, select “First Time Licence”. If you are updating your existing licence, select “Renew Licence”. If you just need a one day licence, select “One Day Pit Licence”.

Before you're licensed, have you...
- Completed a Health Statement in full (section 8)? NOTE: Required by all applicants.
- Provided a passport sized photo (NO hats or sunglasses) if required? (New photo required every 5 years. Junior photos must have been taken in the last 3 months).
- New Licence Holders: Attached a clearly legible proof of age document (birth certificate, drivers licence, passport, proof of age card or student ID).
Medical Examinations
All applicants (including marshals and mechanics) must submit a health statement.
For drivers UNDER 60 years of age, a medical examination is required every 2 years.
For drivers 60 years of age and over, a medical examination is required annually.
In all cases, the medical examination must be completed no more than 3 months prior to the date of application.
Please note, SCCA and Wingless Sprint drivers are required to supply a new medical examination every year regardless of age, as per the SCCA rule book.
